Fill your freezer with beef!
Our cattle are fed a commodity mixed ration. They are on feed at least 120 days prior to harvest. These cattle are also given free choice grass, hay, mineral, and water.
What to expect when purchasing a locker beef
- Reserve with name & phone number
- Fill out google form for cutting order prior to harvest
- Receive amount payable for beef the week of harvest
- Receive a phone call from Benton County Processing when your beef is ready (2.5 weeks post harvest)
- Pick up beef & leave payment (cash or check payable to Schwerin Farms, Inc.) at Benton County Processing in Siloam Springs, AR; also pay processing.
